We are property professionals established in Northamptonshire since 1975. Our services cover all aspects of residential property; from lettings and management to sales and buy-to-let investments.
Our lettings division manages over 1400 properties throughout the county, ranging from studio apartments to seven be
droom listed mansions. Our services are differentiated by very high standards of quality and we successfully cater to the needs of a very diverse clientele ranging from first time landlords to professional portfolio landlords and large land owners (including the Althorp Estate). This makes us one of the largest independent letting agents in the UK.
Our credentials, resources and network in the property industry give us a unique position, where we have access to various vendors, applicants and investors. This gives our sales division considerable advantage and enables us to negotiate sales very efficiently. Moreover, our vast portfolio of managed properties allows us to offer some great buy-to-let opportunities to investors.
We have offices in Northampton and Daventry. We are ARLA\/NFOPP members and as such are regulated by their strict code of conduct. We pride ourselves on our customer service and the experience of our qualified team. Majority of our team are qualified to the high NFOPP standard. We are also members of the TDS (so all deposits we hold are protected) and The Property Ombudsman, a well-recognised redress scheme.

Our problem was a leaking shower which resulted in a number of plumbers visiting. Ultimately a temporary fix was made before a whole new suite fitted. Unfortunate after fitting, it became apparent that the doors were not working and the shower was unusable for 5 weeks until new seals were applied.... Read Full Review

This was partly due to a supplier issue and no doubt Covid played a part. The service from Caroline was good and she chased the plumbers when requested for updates. Thank you.

Very pleased to have had Graham at Chelton Brown act as estate agent for the sale of our late Father's property. Fees were the lowest in the area, and the sale price was at the higher end of what we were expecting. The advice given was sensible and timely, and the property was sold immediately due to extensive knowledge of potential buyers and property types. Would definitely prefer Chelton Brown over any other agent in the Daventry area.
