I'd just like to say that some people working there are not professional at all, being rude and make you feel like where you even calling with this benefits? We're agency. This is a joke! The lady that I've been on the phone with was treating me like a piece of nothing just because I am a shift leader and I am claiming Universal Credit that I am entitled to as a single mom! Ridiculous! She said to me that they don't have any houses to rent that will accept my situation, and she's been lying to ...
