Applied to view a flat (which we are currently now living in) and were taken to see 3 "similar" properties. This was fine, but I think your average punter really only wants to see the one they asked to see. Agency of very kind and professional agents. My agent always did her best to show me the best properties. And I was interested in most of them. To meet my requirement she conducted so much negotiaton with present tenant and lanlord. She made it. If you find any properties in Fulham, just contact to the agency....

My gripe is first and foremost with the estate agent who directly dealt with our letting. Jack Anselm is a disgraceful estate agent with the residential needs of his customers being the absolute bottom of the barrel on his priorities in dealing with you. In our experience with this man we were lied to, given altered contracts in favour of Mr Anselm and his fees, deliberately and consistently shown homes outside of our price range and made to wait for weeks or ignored when trying to get in touch ...
