Comment on agent fees
The fact that we had to pay for a service is outrageous. Even after delaying our deposit return by two months they refused to let ME PAY for a CHAPS same day transfer. They then failed to raise a BACS transfer for another week.

Agency fees were'nt the issue, and senior management bend over backwards to help out. Giuseppe would rather see you bend over though, so he can have his way while you cough up your deposit.

If the agent was more flexible or even more professional and courteous in how he dealt with the situation, I would have considered registering with the company.
