Forced their utility preferred companies on me (they make a commission from every account signed up) which will soon be illegal - another mis-selling scandal on the way. Lots of problems from day 1 - terrible company - AVOID...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Not illegally mis-sold me utilities so they could make money without (they thought) me knowing. Solicitor dealing with it - there could be thousands of tenants mis-sold energy by Chancellors. Class action anyone??
