We are sorry to learn you feel you have had to talk to too many teams at Chancellors. I understand that your tenants wished to renew their tenancy and you contacted our Thatcham branch concerning this request; renewals are handled by our property management teams at our head office in Bracknell, and the team in Thatcham advised you would need to speak with them directly in order to discuss this further. What agent could do to change your mind?
If they had of supported us, made suggestions for other properties, not been sarcastic, blunt and antagonistic. We're cash buyers for god sake. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM CHANCELLORS!!!!
