We have been signed up with Chancellors since June with Ryan and have already made two formal complaints about his conduct. (I have never made a formal complaint before ). He is rude and incompetent. I hear he has just 'left'! Sadly Chancellors did not take our complaints seriously so not confident anything will change! ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They gave me the wrong information, I should pay for an satisfying service although I was unsatisfied with situations from the beginning. I will pay the check out fees as I am aware that agency is charging these and I will not hesitate to pay them straight away after the situation has been resolved.
