They almost never answer the phone when you call the agency. When they do answer, they tell you that someone is going to call you back but that never happens. They also cancel viewings you scheduled a week in advance 30 min before they're scheduled to ...

I completely agree. Nobody ever answers the phone and when they do nobody ever seems to know anything. There appears to be no system for recording action points or sharing with staff. There is also no person who provides regular contact. Training in customer service is non-existent. When you challenge them on their tone and their use of excuses sales reps respond in very provocative tones ...
