I will never use this get again, I can't even bring myself to list the many failings during the sale of our flat and it was 2 years ago now. 100's of phone calls in total t actually talk to someone that works there, completely mislead ...

Their service was appalling. My tenant damaged my property but Chancellors was saying nothing was wrong - but I luckily got to know about the damage from the plumber. They were very friendly and their response was very quick when they wanted the contract, but ...
