July 2016. Manager had 'Little man syndrome'. Tried to cheat by raising the agreed percentage fee when buyer was found. Head office just as bad, spineless individual who wouldn't acknowledge or apologise or even look into the issue...just money grabbing issuing threat of court action ...

First we bought the property through them and the sale was unnecessarily delayed for no valid reason and blamed the other party continuously. Communication from Chancellors was very poor and we had to chase them up constantly. During this time we even had to leave ...

My property was placed with Chancellors to act in the sale, circa June 2011. I sacked them at the end of Feb 2012, and during this time, I had 2 viewings from them. Once I had served notice, magically, all the viewings came pouring in from 'cash buyers' ...
