I cant list the names of those that gave poor customer service as there are so many. Having raised with the senior team the response was hidden behind T&C's. My advise is that there are a lot of agents out there dont think a glossy brochure gives you good customer services. As a seller you are the customer, dont let the agent forget that....

What agent could do to change your mind?
Listen to the customer. If you promise to call back do it. If you dont know the answer, dont make it up.
Comment on agent fees
Based on experience i dont think the service even warranted the 1% we signed up for.

Jake was amazing. He really listened to what we wanted and only phoned with suitable properties. He was professional and competent throughout and I have highly recommended him to friends and family....

We instructed Chancellors after struggling to sell our house with a previous agent. Within 2 weeks we had secured an acceptable offer. Their fees are really competitive, much less than the big boys, who indecently tried to discourage us from using Chancellors, claiming they were an internet agent, had no prospective buyers and various other unfounded claims. We chose them not just because of the low fees, but also because during our search for our next home, we had found them to be one of the mo...

We dealt with Jack the entire process and found him to be the perfect agent. In terms of being our direct point of contact he was always willing to answer our queries, and if he didn't know the answer at the time he would always find out and get back to us. Throughout the process he was open and honest and dispelled any reservations about how trustworthy estate agents are. He was professional, friendly and courteous. In my opinion he went above and beyond and at times it seemed he was working fo...

A big thank you to the staff at Chancellors Bracknell. We have just purchased a two bedroom property which was part of a chain purchase. As with any chain process, there were delays and comuunications between the parties and the solicitors that can be frustrating. Jake Chinery ( Chancellors) took time to make the process as transparent as possible which enabled us to make informed decisions thoughout the process. He was always on hand, returning phone calls in a timely fashion and although t...

I just wanted to let you know that I have been very pleased with the excellent service provided by Lianne Johnson in selling my property, which in the end needed a lot of patience from all concerned. She was on top of everything from the word go, which not only gave me confidence during the property sale, but also rekindled my faith in Chancellors. Even after the sale of the property had gone through, a month and a half later she followed up on something for me that she did not have to do....

I had previously signed up to sell my property with another well known estate agent and after three months, a colleague at work recommended I speak to Chancellors. I then moved over to them. They were extremely professional, with prospective buyers already lined up. Within two weeks I had accepted an offer. Throughout the sale I was kept informed of the progress and their legal team is amazing. I received regular updates. I felt safe in their hands, with completion going through well before...

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Chancellors. They gave me a very competitive deal in terms of commission fee, and were really helpful from the start. They valued my house slightly higher than other local agents, and I got the full asking price within a day or so of it being on the market. Once I had a seller, I was transferred to the Specialist Sales Team who over-saw after all the negotiations between the solicitors, and did a fair amount of chasing up! I think their help reall...

The worst estate agent on planet. I\'ve been an excellent tenant so far, but as I approached the end of my tenancy, the troubles started. First, 3 months before contract anniversary, they started phoning and emailing me regarding my notice. N.b. my notice is 2 months, not 3. Got contacted by 3 different "property managers" by post regarding repossession if I don\'t give my notice. That\'s breach of contract. Then erected a LET sign in front of my house because it\'s good for business w...

We chose Chancellors despite the high fees expecting a premium service. They were excellent when it came to getting a buyer, we agreed on a sale very quickly indeed. Unfortunately, by contrast, the sales progression team were poor and didn\'t seem to take anything very seriously. We basically lost faith in this department and ended up taking on this work ourselves; liaising wih the selling agent, solictors and buyers to ensure that things were progressing and everyone was kept up to date. Base...

We were told that the premises we wanted to rent would be available from the second to last week of Jan this year, after being upfront told the house was being sold via Chancellors to the landlady and this was expected to clear that week. After a week had passed and we\'d been pressed to get our references and fees (£650) paid up under the guise of accelerating the rental of the house we were told that it would not be available for another week due to a small delay in the sale. This is...

What agent could do to change your mind?
No, the agent in question is a habitual liar offering his \"opinion\" over fact and forcing four people onto the street without any attempt to find them shelter or offer to re compensate them for this.

This is the first time that I have used Chancellors, Bracknell to sell a house for me, and I was delighted to receive such excellent service from David Burrows (Assistant Manager). David was courteous, helpful and kept in constant contact with me throughout the process. He generated an excellent number of viewings right from the beginning which resulted in 2 offers being made within the first thee weeks, and subsequently I sold over the asking price. I woud personally like to thank David...
