Zero communication from these guys. In the middle of winter my boiler broke; whilst I understand this wasn't their fault and it is not something that can be fixed overnight, I would have appreciated them returning my phone calls. I was left for what felt like an age without hearing or hot water, at one point it was 8 degrees in my flat, yet it took numerous phone calls to them for them to even supply an electric heater. This company is the awful as evidenced by the following: The flat in Cheltenham was supposed to be professionally cleaned before we moved in but it wasn't. There were crumbs and dust and it was just icky. They never did clean it as they were supposed to. We had numerous problems with them throughout our tenancy though the largest was definitely the stove. I'm so disappointed with cgt. We have been renting a flat for over six months and they still haven't fixed all the things that they said they would. My flatmate doesn't have a bathroom floor. They don't reply to emails, they don't tell you what's going on or when to expect things to be fixed. We wanted to enjoy living here but sadly it's just irritating and stressful. Just had a horrendously stressful experience with CGT and would urge people to beware of dealing with them! We are moving from abroad and contacted them about a property we were interested in.. We made an offer and they came back with a counter offer from the landlord which we were happy with and so we got their bank details to pay the "holding fee" They then said we couldnt have the flat " unseen" so we called in a favour from a friend - but despite the fact we\'d had an o...

AVOID THIS LETTING AGENT!!!! They might have their office in a posh part of town, but don\'t be fooled by this as it just seems to prove they have money to burn - probably from ripping off their tenants. I moved into a property where CGT were not aware who the gas and electricity suppliers were, they had written to a supplier giving them meter readings (who writes to supply meter readings these days?! Terrible service. Firstly was shocked by the extortionate fees they charge at the beginning of tenancy, unfortunately went in blind and naive and didn\'t realize this was not normal but was in fact extremely unreasonable. Several problems were noted on the first inspection of the property, which 9 months on are still not resolved.
