What agent could do to change your mind?
Tenants should not be pushed into binding, no exit contracts. All repairs should be dealt with promptly and respectfully. Staff should be respectful. The employer should do outmost to minimise staff turnover and for tenants to have a single staff member point of call. Tenants should be allowed to put decorations on the wall. The only contract binding request should be that no damage is done to the property.

We reported a leak in our shower in April of this year when Ben, an agent came to visit us to give us notice to vacate our property after 4 months living there.
