i booked 2 appointments and both times they were cancelled for the same property on the day of viewing. I was told they have got problems ref key issue, terrible service and also suspicion of under handed auction property dealing with this company ref this 1 property. why dont they look the day... Arranged a viewing and knocked on the property 2 mins before appointment but no answer. Called the office and was advised agent was coming. 10 mins later agent turns up said she was waiting inside and didn't hear the knock! No apologies and said if I want to look i've got 5 mins max.... Booked a viewing of a property today (Friday 28th November 2015) at 13.45. We waited outside the property for the agent to arrive and let us in for a viewing. We waited 5 minutes before calling the Longton office to see where they were. BJB office staff said they had made a mistake with the time... Read Full Review
