What agent could do to change your mind?
Repaid the commission at the end of the tenancy, responded to all e mails and returned the keys to the property by post as promised.Attached Filesnbsp;

So many facts missing from this story Kathy. You agreed to pay this amount on the basis that there would be no further renewal fees. Furthermore you were advised that a credit of fees would be offered if you allowed us (along with other agents if you wished) to re-market during the two month notice period. You didn't. ...
