Wasted our time for six weeks, had to chase it every step of the way. Could never get through to the applications team on the phone and when we did get through they tried to dismiss us. Absolutely terrible service. I tried renting a property off broomheads and the fees are absolutely ridiculous. The person dealing with my application was disrespectful and did not sound bothered in the slightest The customer service is a joke. Avoid if u can!...

Avoid any property associated with Broomheads. * They never answer the phone or return any voice messages left. * They left us without hot water for a week and we had to phone Environmental Health before Broomheads would act on it. * The boiler is meant to be serviced once per year. We were there over 2 years and it never got serviced once. * Other things around the flat broke so we reported it and they were never fixed. * The carpets were not cleaned when we moved in and they charged us &...

You get what you pay for. Our place was cheap as were all of the assocciated fees but we soon found out why they\'re cheap, because they\'re rubbish.

This is truly a terrible Agency. I lived outside the country and they did not take responsibility for anything. Wanting me to obtain Safety ceritificates from my tenant!!. I cannot tell you how awful they are. They never inspect the property, they don\'t give a damn and i am glad after many years i removed my house from their care. I now have a great Agency in Thornton. I would truly and honestly hate anyone else suffering from this Agency as i did....

Never rent of BROOMHEADS we certainly wish we never and now they are refusing to give the deposit back even though we left the property in a better state than when we moved in. The staff are all rude, incompetant and god damn lazy. We had no end of problems with anti social behaviour from the tenant upstairs from us - they did naff all about it, we had raw sewage floating in our back yard and when I phoned them to ask them to et it sorted they said sorry the maintenance guy Paul Kerr was on h...

Not have a bunch of rude and obnoxious staff all the time and actually sort problems out when they arose.

Myself and my elderly parents have only been with Broomheads for six months but would have stayed a lot longer if they weren\'t - lazy, incompetent, uncaring, unprofessional and rude. We have had no communication regarding our heating that has been off for nearly a week now in the middle of winter! What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have been more communicative, they could have been more emphatic even if they could not deal with the problem immediately to at least made us aware of some kind of timeline.... Just saying to us I can\'t do anything without the landlords permission is not acceptable after 3 days, and at least convey to us a sense of urgency! I have since moved out of the property a week earlier than scheduled and I have to say if the staff at Brromheads want to know how things could be improved they could learn how it\'s done properly from the staff at Oystons!
