The level of service from Bridgfords Nantwich was consistently poor. The property listing was amateurish & full of inaccuracies, phone calls not returned, their recommended conveyancing firms cost was exorbitant. What agent could do to change your mind?
The service fell short in so many areas, some of them very basic, it is difficult to envisage what they could have done to change my mind.

Their standard commission fee is higher than all the other agents in our area, plus they charge a 'marketing fee' which I feel is poor value for money (this element of their service should really be factored into their commission fee).

Answered calls, passed info on yo prospective buyers, got property details right, basic stuff really.
