Awful service. Avoid using them to let. Poor communication with both myself and my tenant as well as inter agency communications. ONE example (there are many) The property had a leak, the tenant called them to report this and two weeks later called me after getting fed up of bridge fords giving him the run around. I had to source and sort the problem myself. Luckily i had a good tenant who always tried sorting problems with them first, but they NEVER respond, not to the tenant...
