However, we kept you fully up to date with viewings and feedback. Terrible... Don't clean the properties before they rent them out or anything.... Work that should of been done like checking to see if boiler works doesn't get checked if you want a tenancy with nothing but problems with no solutions go with brannens and partners...

We would of course expect the boiler to be working when you moved into a property. The gas safety certificate and boiler service (where applicable) are undertaken once a year. My partner and I have rented a property for the last two years. The staff at the Park View office are just awful to deal with and I use the word deal loosely. They do not seem to understand the words customer and loosely. On our first visit one lady was complaining to us about another member of staff which was very uncomfortable. My partner and I recently moved into a property which we rented from Brannen and Partners. Despite telling Sam Winters I was 6 months pregnant and that there were repairs that needed to be made I was ignored. His mode of contact was to send one third party repairman who didn't know what he was doing, nor did the repairman from Digon Services turn up sometimes or when he did -didn't bother giving a 48 hour notice. Dear Sofia As discussed earlier today, we are doing everything we can to resolve the issues. The vendor has already spent £2000 to remedy the water ingress and will continue to tackle the problem - so to say you have been ignored is rather unfair. Myself and my partner moved into a property by advertised by themselves. Despite not having anything to do with the actual property and putting us directly in touch with the landlord they charged us nearly £300 in fees. I've no idea what these fees were for as the credit and refernece checks were carried out by another company entirely. Our main complaint is the attitude of their staff. We always got the impression they were snotty and speaking down to us. Terrible customer service skills...

I completely agree with you, B&P do not understand the words customer service. Incredibly snotty. Horrible people who simply do not wish to do their jobs. Also terrible inaccuracy and it appears they do not share information with each other. ...

This estate agents is an absolute disgrace. They have no interest in the welfare of their tenants and are interested only in finding ways to keep bonds and insult customers. My partner rented a flat from them in a disgusting state (due to desperation at the time) and proceeded to improve the property over his tenancy. As a property management company Brannen & Partners are the worst I have ever had to deal with. They show no interest in running & maintaining the property & are only concerned with demanding CASH for their service charges ( whilst not carrying out the relevant services!) The staff are rude at the first opportunity & show no customer service skills. If you are a private landlord I would suggest you use a dedicated property management company....

We arranged to rent a property through them and was a nightmare from start to finish. Thank god they are not managing the property. After arriving to pay the deposit they didn\'t tell us that we had to pay cash. We then had to go away and find the cash. I asked if we can pay on card for the bond and months rent in advance and was told we could. When i saw the flat i wanted was up with Brannen my heart sank. Both me,my sister and dad find their attitude generally unfeeling. Genuinely care about people who work...pay rent on time and look after the properties! See and act on the different TYPE of tenant and bend the rules if appropriate!!
