Thank you for your comments, we welcome feedback on our service, and I am sorry to see on this occasion we have fallen short of your expectations. I must say I feel your comments are an overreaction and come six months after the start of your tenancy and yet within 24 hours of a recent request for you to cover the charge for unblocking the drains which having never previously blocked in three years, have now been blocked with tissues twice in recent weeks.
