Very good service to secure a sale in tricky market conditions and an inexperienced buyer. They always responded or called back straightaway. I was particularly impressed with Millie Yeomans their 'deal closer' and Adrian Cannon similarly.

Failed to tell me that they were going to deduct the entire fee from first two months rent. Lack of communication followed by no constructive discussion or movement on this point. No other issues with the service though....

I totally agree with your comments, i had a bad experience too. just wanted to point out that i think you have inadvertently given them 5 stars, when it looks like it should be one. They are fast gaining a bad reputation as i'd been warned not to use them (although i did go ahead which i sorely regret!!). ...
