Appalling customer service,worse agent I've ever used. Told me I need to pay £100 for a follow on reference to send an email stating rent is paid every month!! but then said I can have it for £50...how generous! I asked to see this policy for few as it does not list on website or on list of fees,totally ignored like 3 other times regarding the house,cannot wait to move house....

Having rented for over 10 yrs this was by far THE worst agent i dealt with! No customer service whatsoever! Rarely reply to calls or emails, take months to action any maintenance and never keep you updated! As for ending the tenancy they were quick to take your money but not so quick at getting it back to you!...

I urge anyone not to use this agent under any circumstance The property that I moved into was dirty when I moved in, when I attended the week before I was told that the property would be thoroughly cleaned before I moved in, however, on the moving date the property had not been cleaned, the windows had not been cleaned for over 6 months and the house was in a general state of appaling disrepair. Ian and his partner Cecelia pressed for a moving in date for this property knowing that the Landlord was only vacating the property the day before they moved in, which under usual circumstances is against company policy, however, they were adament they would move into the property as they had nowhere else to go! They were kept fully updated on moving out dates for the landlord, property availability etc.., on a regular basis. On visiting the property it was noted that various works were requir....

Trying to get viewings was near impossible, it took several weeks with constant calls and still nothing so I gave up and looked elsewhere, very frustrating....
