From a tenants point of view I could say Blue Door Agency (Greg & Rachel) has been a great help from the very beginning, which is finding the right property, to the very end, which is paying the deposit back; many tenants are struggling to get their deposit back with other letting agencies. Even now that few years has passed since I moved out the property, which was managed by Blue Door, but they are still willing and are helping me with some paper works. I came up to Oxford from London on a Saturday and had booked eight viewings through several letting agents. I liked Greg's simple and honest approach. I didn't feel pressured at all to make a decision on the property. He was polite and made the administrative side of moving as convenient as possible. I ended up choosing the flat shown by Greg. As the landlord I organised for the hotwater tank to be replaced for a new system as it was 30 years old. The tenant had hot water just not the cheaper off peak supply. I am sorry it took two months (he always had hot water) but had to be ordered and the plumber had to fit it. It was nothing to do with the agents. Tenant is now happy with the new syetem and is still in the flat a year later!....
