What agent could do to change your mind?
To change my mind they should resolve previous issues and not allow this atrocious 'service' to continue. First and foremost communication with customers so they are aware of their state of affairs, take some accountability, fix the issues! BJB is the worst company I have had e misfortune of dealing with, in any sector!
