The Chelmsford branch opened in 1997 and occupies a prominent corner position in Duke Street next to the cathedral. Market leaders in both Sales and Lettings, each team retains an abundance of industry experience and local knowledge. Alex Beresford head up the Sales department and is the grandson of Reg and Eileen Beresford who were the original founders of the business. Kris Murrells oversees the Lettings department. He is fully ARLA qualified and therefore well placed to offer sound and professional advice to both landlords and tenants alike.

Dear Mark I am sorry to read that you have not had a positive experience and I have taken the time to look through the file to try and explain why there was such a delay. In doing so I can see that the time from Beresfords carrying out the final checkout at the property to you receiving your damage deposit back was just over three weeks. Please be aware that we are unable to carry out any final checks before the end of the tenancy. Where possible Beresfords try to finalize deposit returns as ...
