I take on board your comments however due to the number of inspections that Katy has to do in a day we had to change our procedure to ensure that we met with all of our tenants individual needs. Katy can carry out any inspection with our management keys should you not require to take time off. Thanks for the reply but my comments are fair, we did chose to leave the property early but we paid for the month and we kindly said if you wanted to get someone in the month it was empty that was fine. All we asked was for the checkout to be brought forward, again because its not the norm doesnt mean this is surely not possible? And surely this wouldve been better for all parties.
