Rebekah was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful throughout the process!
Being out of the area Rebekah gave suggestions on a range of local solicitors who further smoothed the process for us.
The property is now ours and the builders are at work! We cannot wait to move in and spend more time in the area we've grown to love!
We're really pleased with the whole process and would publicly like to thank Rebekah and the wider Pwllheli Beresford Adams team!

Thought they were a bit high at first but when you look at what goes into actually ensuring a sale, then they are worth it. In this case though, as the buyer caused all the issues, I do feel they should have paid half!!

Well, what can i say, after being let down at the last minute from what was a done deal on a personal sale of our house,, in stepped beresford adams.
We had used them before as Claire and co had been fantastic.
This time it was a different challenge, as we had moved overseas to the usa, no problem to these girls i will tell you.
Rebekah helped us through the process and was fantastic, always keeping in touch, even through the time difference!!! Claire always a legend!!! And all of you at B Adams Pwllheli just amazing!!! We can finally sleep!!!!!!

Sometimes buying or selling a property can be very stressful, however the member of staff at Beresford Adams was absolutely excellent. In fact she made the whole experience very stress free.
Nothing was too much trouble. She conducted the sale with great care and professionalism.
She also did a great deal of negotiation between the vendor and ourselves when we needed extra information about certain things in the property that the solicitors could not do.
Very well done Rebekah, we would certainly recommed Beresford Adams Pwllheli.

The agent, Adam Jones-Owen helped me through and explained thoroughly in layman's terms every stage of my mortgage application and was available at all times for me to contact him, if I needed too. I felt that he had searched for the best mortgage that suited me. I have been to other mortgage advisors in the past and now that I know of Adam I would only go to him. He is very friendly and approachable and obviously good at his job. I have not hesitated in recommending Adam to members of my family and friends and I would not have done this without him giving a great and friendly service.
