This branch has looked after my house for the last decade and during that time I can honestly say that I have not had to worry about my property. When the tenants have raised an issue, I have been informed promptly so that the issue can be dealt with. Conversely therefore I should think that this would also mean that tenants are happy in their dealings with Belvoir as they are quick to act and respond to concerns. Our repairs are always dealt with very quickly. The shower stopped working and was replaced within 48 hours. The staff are always polite and willing to help. I'm pleased we chose one of their properties....

For supposedly professional lettings agents, I can't believe how unprofessional this company is! The staff are rude and are unwilling to help the landlord, so long as they are getting their money nothing else seems to matter! It's no wonder there's now more people renting privately as I would have had a lot less hassle this way. Belvoir Lettings in Sealford are excellant. My partner and I split up this year and I didn\'t quite have enough money for the deposit and six months rent. When you are in the property Great ! When you leave that is when they catch you out . Empty all bins a bit difficult on a 2 week cycle if you leave on the day before they are due to be emptied! I have used the Belvoir agency several times and have always been extremely happy with the service they provide. Belvoir found my current tenants and, although I manage the property myself, I was able to phone Peter with a problem I was experiencing. I have dealt with this branch for over 7 years now and nothing is to difficult for them to deal with. The entire team are very efficient and offer a very quick service with any problems or queries I or my tenant may have. Belvoir in Sleaford having been managing our property for a number of years now. As we live abroad, the property is fully managed. Their fees may be a little more than other companies, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. What you pay for with this team is efficiency and total commitment to the job they are doing. Peter Atkinson from Belvoir Properties, Sleaford steered me on the right track in getting my house ready for letting. We currently let two properties through Belvoir in Sleaford and we\'ve found them excellent. They keep us informed of any issues, and take care of running repairs at a very reasonable cost. We have used other agents in the past in Sleaford and Belvoir are miles ahead in comparison....

Have always received excellent service and advice. Any problems with tenants have always been sorted efficiently. Any problems with the property have also been dealt with efficiently so that tenants are kept happy. I would definately recommend them and use them again....

We have used Belvoir for five years plus now and have nothing but praise for their service. On any occasion that the tenant has had any problems the agents have dealt swiftly and efficiently to sort the problem. Even when it has cost us money, which it has recently we have been very impressed with the service received as have our tenants I\'m sure....

Excellent letting agent, have used this agent for 8 years and never had any problems. We pay for a fully managed service and that\'s what we receive. Rent is always received on time and they keep us informed of any problems. I work in a letting agents but still choose to have my property managed by Belvoir as they do a good job....
