What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been honest, caring, competent and trustworthy and have a better attitude towards their tenants.Attached Filesnbsp;

They are dangerous and do not have a clue what they are doing. I as a landlord entrusted them with my property only at tye end to be left with a property that was well below the standard they received it in as they allowed tenants to keep dogs in my home (specifically stated a NO PRT policy).
Ended up having to go the ombudsman who awarded around half the amount of damage compensation we itemised.
They admitted they knew about the dog(s).
They didnt action anything that i raised on land ...
