What agent could do to change your mind?
Charge less admin fees and not con me out of my deposit. The are a bunch of thieves and stole 66 pounds for one unjustified issue: a dirty oven. The most annoying thing is that the inventory stated that the oven was dirty when we moved in. There is a 60 pound dispute admin fee so you can even use the deposit dispute service! I am so annoyed and feel completely cheated and coned!

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Advisable to avoid this agency, especially the latter franchise. I experienced harrasment from them as well as discrimination. My friend from housing services informed me that today she had at least 5 people coming to ask for advice when dealing with belvoir 'tricks'....
