Passed with flying colours! We used this agent to rent out our 1-bed flat in Central Nottingham. They gave good advice, were friendly and helpful, produced excellent marketing material and got us the rent they indicated. We own 4 properties and they are probably the best agent we have used....

Hello, I am writing this review to warn people about this unprofessional agency. This is by far the worst agency I have ever used. There are endless admin fees at the beginning of the tennacy and especially at the end. The house was given to us in a filthy state, yet we were expected to clean the property to a professional standard before leaving. What agent could do to change your mind?
Charge less admin fees and not con me out of my deposit. The are a bunch of thieves and stole 66 pounds for one unjustified issue: a dirty oven. The most annoying thing is that the inventory stated that the oven was dirty when we moved in. There is a 60 pound dispute admin fee so you can even use the deposit dispute service! I am so annoyed and feel completely cheated and coned!

Worst company we have ever used would not go near them again with a barge pole! When we moved in we took pictures of the state of the property (mould growing, broken shower, broken toilet seat, dirty kitchen, windows that wouldn\'t open, back door wouldn\'t close properly etc) even though while we lived there we tried to get them to acknowledge the problems so we were not charged for things from our deposit unfortunately they took no notice and we were charged £80 for a toilet seat!!!! Anon, you can get three times your deposit back if they haven't used a deposit scheme. The onus will be on them to prove that they did: https://www.gov.uk/tenancy-deposit-protection/if-your-landlord-doesnt-protect-your-deposit ...

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Advisable to avoid this agency, especially the latter franchise. I experienced harrasment from them as well as discrimination. My friend from housing services informed me that today she had at least 5 people coming to ask for advice when dealing with belvoir \'tricks\'....

Talked with me properly and politely, helped to deal wuth the problems rather than just ignore me whatsoever.

First off i would like to say I\'ve never wrote a review online or ever complain about anything however ive been completely messed around waiting 5 months to receive my deposit back and still had problems getting it, they are rude on the phone I had to ring them constantly, like all agents they don\'t like giving the deposit back however they think they have complete power to delay it I would never suggest this company and if I had the money and time for court fees I would pursue. Found the service from these people very disappointing. Seemed incapable of doing anything without clear direction and approached the task of finding suitable tenants with little sense of urgency (and scant regard for the type of tenant I was looking for). Communication was poor and listening skills were worse; would struggle to find a good word to say about them, I'm afraid....
