I have been living in my rented property through Belvoir for five years and Clare has called every six months to see how things were. With the exception of a couple of times when l have been away, l have reported to her any things that required doing, and she has noted this and the problem has been solved. Clare is an ideal person for this job, she is pleasant and friendly,and more importantly, she listens to your complaints or problems, and takes photos in order that the problem can be seen by ...
