Absolutely terrible experience with these lying, incompetent, bad mannered people. They cancelled our viewings 1 hour before our appointments after we paid 20 pounds to come all the way from Rochdale. We will never use them again. ...

i have been a tenant with belvoir for over a year and in that time from the initial viewing of the property to now the service has been excellent, the staff are friendly and very helpful and also i cannot fault the emergency call service ...
