I respectfully refer the poster to my previous reply to his comments. No need for me to expand too much more on the original reply. Save to say my time is best utilised in serving my existing customer base, letting property and property management. Not trawling sites for negative reviews. This ex disgruntled client obviously feels he knows best about my business and the way in which I run my office (having never met me). Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
