I dont really agree with all the fees for credit check ect ect as credit score can be done online for free. But all letting agents do this not just belvoir.

Not a fair company to deal with whatsoever. I do not feel I was given a fair deal when applying to rent a property. Granted I failed credit check, which i was not aware would happen as it was from bad credit from years ago. I would not have handed over �275 if id of known i would fail this check. ... Avoid at all costs!! I wouldn't rent another property from these bullies if my life depended on it.
