Agent did not inspect property and they said they couldnt' because of too much stuff around. Basically they didn't care and didn't tell us of any problems. The only positive comment I can make after four years with this agent is that the rent was always paid. We live abroad so paid for the full management service. Having finally given the agent notice, we returned to redecorate the house, and had a terrible shock. The property had been neglected... Read Full Review
Carry out his responsibilities as outlined in the terms of business. Ensure tenants adhere to the tenancy agreement. Respond to queries, issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Validate work carried out by contractors.
