They have managed to secure me a short-term tenant to bridge the gap between when a longer tenancy starts and although I am pleased, the fees have eaten into the total amount quite considerably and depleted it by a third. That said, I am glad to have a tenant.

Hello Mrs Ratcliffe, thankyou for your comments and review. We always work very closely with vendors to ensure the property sells in a timeframe which suits them and of course to try and achieve the highest possible price in that timeframe.
