i don't no where to start with my utter disbelief in this company. i would advise everyone thinking of using them to run at a 100 mph in the opposite direction. I agreed on what i wanted this agent to do before signing with them. they agreed on both points, firstly the price and secondly that i get a new epc after my windows had been mended. once i signed with them this all changed, They cancelled the contract after 5 weeks of selling my house, i agreed to sign for 12 weeks. They are now taking me to court for £300 pounds saying i breach the contract and want paying for the photos of my house they have taken. i am now having to wait for a court date to be set and spend my time and money attending to fight this. this company are a load of scammers and thief's and should not be practicing. This is just one of the many things they did in the short time they had my property for sale.

This actually warrants no stars!! To all Landlords and tenants, DO NOT USE Belvoir Kettering!!!! As a tenant I have been threatened by Tracey McGee at Kettering branch in any which way she possibly could. I have always been a good tenant, paying my rent on time every month for 2 years, also maintaining the property and good communication skills with the agent from the start. Since Tracey has joined Belvoir we have felt let down, belittled and threatened. And we have had to contact a solicitor. Tracey threatened she will use the agent keys to let herself into our home, we have 2 small children. She also threatened she will give us a bad reference and will increase our rent, anything she could in order to bully us and intimidate us. Her behaviour has really upset myself and my family. She has used our vunerability to bully us, not realising the law and our rights. Any landlords or tenants considering Belvoir I would strongly advise to use a different agent with morals.

I've been renting houses for over 15 years and have been with my current agent for the last 7 years. I approached Revoir after my agent let me down for the thirst time and I am sick odd the excuses. Belvoir found a tenant for me the day I put the house on the market with them, as a first time landlord they were helpful and professional, keeping me up to date with what was happening. Their rates are reasonable and I feel comfortable leaving the property in their hands to manage. The inventory was thoroughly prepared and the paperwork easy to understand & clear. Vicky was very dynamic in marketing the house and did not remove it from rightmove until the deposit had been paid which was reassuring. The tenant moved in smoothly and hopefully the tenancy will continue to be hassle free. I would definitely use Belvoir again.

We let 2 properties over 2 years with them as landlord. we were invoiced over £900 repairs to one boiler. later found out nothing was actually replaced, boiler in worse condition than it was because works were carried out by untrained workmen. Had to stil pay £900 and more. A nightmare to deal with very unprofessonal conduct throughout. Will try to invoice you unnecessary work at twice the price that was not authorized by the landlord. If you complain they try to make out its your fault. If you want to leave them they have a whopping termination fee hidden in the contract. We have to pay £825 to leave them because we are unhappy with their service.

LANDLORDS: He will bill you for work that hasn't even been done in your rental home.
TENANTS: He will try to rob you of any part of your deposit he can- with a well hid inventory charge slyly written into their tenancy agreement or bogus charges that he thinks “they'll get bored and will stop trying to get back or won't even notice we have taken it till it's too lateâ€Â
CONTRACTORS: He will instruct you to do works then tell you do get the money from the tenant! Leaving you unpaid for months at a time!
STAFF: I've never known anyone to treat his staff so poorly! Never work for this man no matter what he offers you!!!! No matter how much you try to help the unfortunate people who get involved with this company- he will make it look like it's your entire fault and your incompetence's! Or sack you for no good reason and out of the blue!!!
I hope Trading Standards close them down!

It cost us £2000 to put our house back to an acceptable condition plus missing rent for 2 months. I have never come across such an incompetent organization and would advise any tenant or landlord to avoid like the plague! I offered to speak to Harpreet on numerous occasions to discuss the outstanding amounts but he just kept leaving numerous poor staff, who never stayed long, to pick up the pieces. We never got a statement in the entire period they managed the property, so only when the problems arose with the tenant did we get visibility to the incorrect amounts they were trying to deduct for work. Words can't express the frustration and aggravation we had dealing with them.
