I have since Belvoir opened in Hexham let 3 properties through John and his team. I have throughout been very satisfied with the approach of finding the right tenant for the property and hence minimising any turnover of tenants. Been treat absolutely disgustingly for 2 months using these agents. Problem after problem and nothing resolved, being told a house is fit to live in even though there's no windows you can open and a hole in the ceilings.
