The fees seem to be much the same between agents, but I felt Belvoir worked hard for the fee, and were well worth the money for the service provided

Good experience over several years. Belvoir Erdington have been managing our property since 2008. Throughout this time we have had no issues with them whatsoever. We have let our rental propery with Belvoir for a few years now, no complaints about the Belvoir Erdington branch in that time.
