Established in 2007 we manage over 1,400 properties through the Property Lettings side of our business and, on average at any one time, have in excess of 150 homes For Sale through our Property Sales side of the business. We also buy, sell and manage properties of our own and cover most aspects of the property ind
ustry.
With more staff than ever before - 23 in total - the whole company is now structured around our staff and has had to adapt to change. We firmly believe as owners of the business that all of our staff play a key role in the success of Beecroft Estates and they are our lifeblood so to speak.

I have bought over 30 properties and never once have I ever known an estate agent so unprofessional that I am forced to have to contact the vendor and advise them of what is not happening regarding the sale of the property. I even offered to collect the keys and meet the surveyor myself, but no as I can’t be trusted in case I squat in the house and also offered to collect the agent from her Wombwell branch (given there is only 2 branches) to the property as she cannot drive and take her back to the office, but no that isn’t acceptable either. I have provided so many solutions just to be turned down on every one of them. I am totally disgusted and reviewing whether just to walk away from purchasing?

I haven't rented a property, until now, and found all staff @ Wombwell office, who answered the telephones, friendly and helpful but the particular Property Manager assigned to the house I was interested in renting - Vicky - was kind and respectful during the process. Vicky was responsive to any communications and no question asked of her was too much trouble. Vicky represented the company, Beecroft Estates & the Landlord professionally throughout.

Beecrofts are by far the best letting agents we've used in our 10 years of renting. The service we received from Vicky who managed the property we decided on was exceptional. Small maintenance issues that need to be fixed will always crop up when renting and Vicky was exceptionally quick to get resolutions in place for us when needed. She's a real credit to Beecrofts and an absolute pleasure to liaise with. Should we ever move back into the area we will not be renting through anyone else - Thank you so much for managing our rental with the utmost professionalism and the friendly, polite nature that always came with it - We've had fantastic service from beginning to end.

I would like to express my gratitude and a massive thank you to Beecroft Estates, especially the owner (Jo).
I am an ex military veteran, who needed to be relocated during the current Covid 19 pandemic. Without going into too much detail, an ex military veteran, diagnosed with PTSD and also recently became homeless. This was a disasterous position for anyone to be in. The local council and Beecroft estates worked tiredless in trying to get a roof over my head. With strict rules about social distancing and non essential travel, Beecroft Estates under strict guidelines managed to present a number of properties that I could move into due to this emergency. One was choosen and now several weeks have past and I am sitting in my new home.
Jo, I can not thank yourself, Roger and your team enough for stepping forward and going above and beyond to get me out of a nightmare situation.
It is good to know, that people do care, especailly when it comes to our armed forces veterans. I have spent many years in an elite unit then worked after this associated in war zones since 2002.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. If anyone is thinking about which estate agent to use, either for renting, selling or buying. Look no further. I can guarantee Jo, Roger and their team at Beecroft Estates will jump through hoops and will 100% make sure you are looked after. This company is a people's company with incredible customer service. Look no further.
