Very pleased with the service we received as purchasers. Alison was very helpful throughout the buying process. We were offered an "online" fee of only £795 plus VAT which is a great alternative to Purple Bricks but decided this was not for us. The fee we paid was about the same as quoted by most other agents

(strike 1 this is illegal, trying to force customers to use their service) then after I refused as well as stating our offer stood where it was we couldn't increase it, less than a minute later he rang my wife and gave her the same speal! (strike 2 you snake) that evening we went in to see the financial advisor who is a very professional person and highly recommended, Matt informed us he would be there until close less than an hour from that current time, only to arrive downstairs to discover he had left, and his colleague had no idea where he had gone (strike 3 rude, unprofessional and not being a team player) the following morning he calls the wife again, no apologies and obviously not bothering with me as he felt he couldn't bully me into doing it his way, again saying that the vendor prefers us but want us to use their conveyancing service, contradicting this two minutes later with I haven't spoken to the vendor since last week! And then again trying to get us to raise our offer and telling us what the other party had offered.

Beaks are good if your buying a property but if your renting they are shocking.
No one seems to want to help you out.
I have had a leak in my roof for over 7 weeks now my items have been damaged the place stinks of mold and every time it rains my ceiling drips.
It's great being woken up to water dripping on your head.
Honestly this company has treated me poorly and just cares about the landlord.
