I don't want to start with the whole story.
I would like to say only stay away from them .
Me and my husband we went through the he***ll.
Staff havent had whole informations about the property.
They said that WE HAVE TO USE THEIR SOLICITORS!!!! Because is quicker and cheaper.
We end up with unprofessional company which put us in trouble. With unexpected nearly double bill.
Barnard Marcus bunch of people which counting money in their pocket only.
To answer a phone and sort issue is to much for them.
Avoid.

Vendors and buyers, stay away. Upon viewing they sent a trainee who didn't say a word and left me to wonder the house by my self. Vendors and buyers, stay away. Upon viewing they sent a trainee who didn't say a word and left me to wonder the house by my self. Very unprofessional from Elliott King who lied and said the offer came from a previous viewing, after taking matters into my own hands I spoke to the vendor and found out Elliott said "Lets carry on and see what happens". Poor ethics.

Trying to trick people to get the better deal and completely disrespectful after not being able to do so.
Don't trust these guys.
In my situation a value was agreed and only a moving date was not suitable to do the moving.
I've managed on my end the moving date to be later and the deal was completely on from my end.
After a call confirming that it was good from my end, I was asked to provide my card details so when the landlord accepts the agreement X money would be deducted from my account as a safety measure so the agency doesn't stay in a bad position after the landlord accepts and the tenant rejects.
I gave my card details and proceeded with the offer.
Got a call after the confirmation stating that now the landlord wanted more money, that the suggested price was no longer suitable.
After declining to give more money, I've got a call to state that he rejected and nothing else would happen *and literally hung up on my face*
I don't know about my card details that were "shredded" as the Wintana employee stated, but really I'm doubting everything now.
