Hi everyone, Today I am complaining about the my Service I done to Barnes & Marcus as electrician. Contractor. Besically I was be employed by Vincent as Manager of Barnes & Marcus letting I carried out an EICR Electrical inspection condition report as we discussed and agreed after carrying out the job in about 10 working days I will get pay well that is what he said as is not I sent it the invoice to the email where he told me to send it and I did.
Besically from the 26th of February at now Today one month I haven't received yet the payment. The invoice doesn't say pay in 7 working days or the next day is 0 day , which means when I issue the invoice, I should get paid.
I tried to be nice really and very polite as I am a contractor but, as well, a customer. However I cost me to do what did as several time I text Vincent seven times I tried to call Victoria several time contact to the office but, I hade very bad experience now and I have learned from now on you want it any job from my company you pay up front before I will carry out any job.
The problem is I did the job as soon as we booked the one . I sent the invoice, and the EICR safety certificate is unfortunately unsatisfactory as I need it some attention!!! And ask me please send me a quote and I sent it the quote to everything in one day.
Now I get very frustrated I call too many times The accounter spoke to him and I told him I need get pay to him and Vincent well I haven't get nothing yet they said sorry we will sorry I will talk to I will call you back I will you know but, nothing nothing and nothing they said now the customer she will pay..... is unbelievable and shame when they said at the beginning they will the treated her money from the rent.
For me, at the end of the day, I don't really care as long you pay.
So I am working with all Barnes & Marcus and all the branches paid on time and all are very good and happy working with.
As the client, they paid me directly with no problem
Now, this Branche in Morden is not good organised and always have a excuses delay and delay they don't care.
And what is making me upset is why you get paid and I don't get paid? Business is Business is shame really not professional enough they definitely need to improve to much inside. Now I got all the evidence as text message and ect... I am still have faith that will pay helpful soon after this review.
My adventure to all of you in Morden to make sure in the future when you give you your word please keep it as is very important the Business and not Business.
I hope my review make them to improve As at the moment with me they wasn't fair and professional.

The manager of Morden Barnard Marcus Estate Agent Ms Dagmara was exceptionally helpful when selling my property. I was always able to contact her, either by phone, messages or visiting her in her office. She would offer me advice with typical for her cheerful voice & smile, answered my enquires, and updating me about progression of my house sale from start to exchange & completion. I am very satisfied with her excellent manners towards me as her customer, and I am happy to recommend her and her assistant Oliver to anybody who wishes to sell their property with their help & assistance.

The worst experience ever! Still waiting for deposit to come through. They even lost our keys and been very unprofessional and offensive when needed to sort everything out.
