I bought a property from this agent to add to my portfolio which all went through relatively smoothly. I then made the huge error of asking Barlow white to manage the property. Anything they could have possibly done to infuriate and annoy me they seemed to manage. The blatant utter rudeness of particularly the office manager Jody was appalling. My son paid a deposit on a flat 2 weeks before moving in. He was told two days before that the flat had been let to someone else. The "senior@ sales advisor stated in an email that he had been off a few days and had not heard from my son regards the flat. I contacted Barlow White as they are the 'management' company for the apartment block in which I reside. The member of staff I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and had a terrible customer service attitude. The staff were really not interested in the issues I was facing at the apartment block, and actually did little to help resolve these. The agent could of adopted a more friendly and approachable customer service attitude towards me. They could of also endeavoured to rectify the issues I brought to them, rather than just ignoring them for as long as possible.

Absolutely the worst front end customer service I have ever encountered. Rude and patronizing, this particular member of staff seemed to be going out of her way to deliver the lowest possible standard of customer service possible. What agent could do to change your mind?
Perhaps gone out of her way a little to deliver some customer satisfaction. For some reason she thought it was her place to chastise me on certain issues. It isn\'t. I expect polite, helpful and courteous service when I ring up the people whose wages my rent helps to pay. Unfortunately I don\'t believe this individual will ever posses those qualities.

Awful landlords. We were left without heating and hot water over Christmas for four weeks as they coulnt contact our landlord and wouldnt act without his authority only thought to offer us electric heaters the day before they eventually sent someone to fix it. Although almost every member of staff I have dealt with there has been pleasent, the manager Jody is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could and should invest in some customer service training for their manager. They should also thoroughly research their position by law before giving out incorrect information. Give tennants back the money they are owned. Have some manners.

Never sort out problems, found me an absoulute nightmare tennant, major problems not dealt with, over charging for services, contractors sent out and quoted for repairs that were none existant. Terrible customer service. Ongoing problems after tennant has left not sorted out....
