This one tenant made the same complaints to the First Tier Tribunal but did not bother to turn up for the hearing. I was present and the landlords travelled to Aberdeen for the hearing where the evidence was heard and the visit to the property proved the Agent & the Landlords were not at fault. We also had issues with this one tenant. ...

The water was leaking onto our electricity source, consequently, the tenants requested to vacate to avoid exposing ourselves to a potentially dangerous situation. We appreciated that the agency allowed this, but we assumed this was to allow the extensive work required to sort the water damage which was clear from within our property. I believe grounds for the complaint are just, if for no other reason than not keeping their word. An example being we were informed we would receive our full depos ...
