I dealt with Alix Millington and Sian Burrows, and both were extremely professional, prompt responses to my queries and both have a great attitude.
After a short conversation with Sian my property was listed that day and within two days Alix and Sian had found me a great tenant.
I can't thank them enough in making it so simple and easy to deal with. It was a pleasure!

Remember when you sell or buy a new home it's a big purchase and the cheapest agents are not always best option “you get what you pay for”

Have been on the market now since April. At first, they were all smies and couldn't do enough.
However as time went on, they kept phoning my partner at work who was unable to take calls. We instructed them to stop phoning him as he was unable to take calls. Still, they kept phoning him and not me (it is my property, not his).
They kept pushing us to look at other properties when we haven't sold our house. We kept saying that we were not in a situation to buy until we sell. They did eventually get the message about this.
Now it turns out, they are pushing other people to view our house when they don't want to. And we are getting cancellations in viewings because of it.
The few viewings we have had, we have had to ask for feedback. And the patronising tone with statements like, "could you overlook...?" and "you need to be open minded". Yes, I am open minded but I do not want to change my mind from buying a detatched to a semi-detached.
We have also had converstations like, "Well the property you like has had an offer anyway." in abrupt tone. Makes no difference to us anyway as we don't have the depositi until we sell ours.
Now they are asking my to reduce it by a ridiculous amount.
Have just phoned another local estate agents.
They are in incompetent, sometimes rude and do not communiate with each other.
DO NOT GO WITH THEM. THEY WILL TALK YOU INTO IT BUT THAT'S ALL THEY ARE, ALL TALK!!
