I find it difficult to say anything positive about Bairstow Eves or the Countrywide Group to be honest. Firstly they don't have a complaints department so you just end up getting fobbed off. Been a little more honest. Carried out proper Safety Checks on Property and Appliances. Carried out Repairs on all faults that I Reported rather than just ignor me. Carry out Checks on Landlords, I was in fear of the property being repossessed. Prevented the Fire that Occured 2 hours into the Tenancy of the first property I leased.

If you are going to Rent through Bairstow Eves Lettings do so at your OWN RISK! If any appliances are supplied with the property when the Tenancy Agreement is signed, make sure you get the appliances checked YOURSELF! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
