What agent could do to change your mind?
Turned up to the viewing on time. Informed us if he was running late. Been polite/shown an interest. Shown us around the flat. Not sworn at us and other prospective buyers.

These are the worst estate agents i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Aside from the massive fees they charge they do not reply to calls, have terrible communication and treat you with utter contempt.
