I just came back from a viewing with the estate agent Wesley Brown, a Branch Manager from Bairstow Eves Collier Row. The experience was distressing and utterly appalling. Outstanding young man who exceeded all our expectations. The professional manor in which he conducts himself is only bettered by the friendly and honest way he relates to his clients. bairstow eves is the worst company to buy property from they tell you to use there own solicitors who do not do a proper job all they want is your money and leave you in debt and ill with worry so if you buy a place dont use there solicitors they are called davison... Read Full Review

We were in the process of purchasing a property with Bairstow eves in collier row. They were aware from the start that the garage had subsidence which was going through insurance. They should have waited until the subsidence had been dealt with before putting it on the market!
